Gabe is the president of the Bove Company, formed in 2001 as a multifamily residential development and design-build construction firm.
About Us
The Team
Our core team consists of four employees who have been working together for 20 years: Gabe Bove, Linda Nichols, Serge Gauvin and Michele Gauvin have collectively participated in the construction of more than 5,000 multifamily homes.
Gabe is responsible for all real estate development and design-build construction activities. Project accounting, trade contracts, insurance, and office management are Linda’s expertise. As a husband and wife team, Serge and Michele make sure all the things that must happen in lockstep sequence on the construction site go as planned. Serge has complete oversight of all field operations while Michele is in charge of specific trades and final punch.
