 Mirasol at Celebration (Celebration, Fla.)
Location in Disney’s new town in suburban Orlando, this 205-unit luxury rental community has earned eight national awards for excellence in design and construction. With a mix of two-story villas, three-story gatehouses and a central, six-story resort-style building, created on a design-build basis.
 Gardens at Beachwalk (Fort Myers, Fla.)
A 320-unit rental community was built using tunnel formed concrete that withstood the hurricanes of 2004 with only minor damage. Once construction was completed, Gardens at Beachwalk was converted to condominiums and sold at a record pace.
 Windsor Walk Apartments (Fort Myers, Fla.)
For this 192-unit rental community, Bove Company brought its considerable construction services expertise to build the apartments, detached garages, and a multi-purpose club with gathering space, gym facilities and an elevated deck overlooking the pool, spa and lakes. Leasing exceeded projections, and Windsor Walk was successfully converted into a for-sale project.
 Fountain Villas (Rockledge, Fla.)
Bove Company brought all of its services together to create this community from concept and completion to being fully leased. This 132-unit rental community was planned and then perfectly situated on an irregular, urban infill site that maintained a garden-like atmosphere. Leasing activity was completed ahead of projections.
