We are equipped with the expertise and experience to finish fractured or uncompleted projects. This includes both the construction and real estate development. As a regional partner, we provide hands on approach to formulate and execute a completion plan and exit strategy. Careful study is given to the local market demand to determine if the current product should be completed as is or modified. Product design and land use are evaluated to determine how to maximize return. The majority of the work is accomplished with our in-house resources, minimizing cost and accelerating the time of analysis. We view projects as though they were our own and provide lenders and investors with our supported recommendations.
